So far we’ve only tried the ground beef in burgers. I made up three pounds of 1/3 pound patties by adding chopped onion from the garden and one packet of French onion dip mix. I let patties sit in fridge overnight. I then sprinkled one side with Montreal steak seasoning and grilled. The patties cooked up very lean with no flare ups but were quite juicy when finished medium. Burgers were delicious and i didn’t even add bacon to the sandwich?
Looking forward to making up some meatloaf soon as i really enjoy cold meatloaf sandwiches.
Not sure what recipe we’ll try next but will keep in touch. And looking forward to trying the roasts & steaks soon.

We are very happy with Willow Brook Acres! They are super easy to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly. We ordered a ¼ of a cow last year and another ¼ this year. The butcher cut it to our specifications and we picked it up packaged, labeled and frozen. The beef is very tender and flavorful. Much better taste than grocery store beef. The hardest choice is what to defrost next! We will definitely be back.
